The RETI-Pouch ( Rapid Extraction Trauma Individual-Pouch) is designed primarily as a belt-worn med pouch. The pouch is able to be worn on belts up to 2'' in width and also be quickly and easily detached from belt via our unique design feature called the Break Away Belt Loop System. This system allows the belt loop made of 3'' milspec webbing, hook/loop fastener, to be separated when red pull tab is manipulated.
The front of pouch features a patch field measuring 2''x4'' for the attachment of med patches such as: allergy/disease, blood type, med cross, name tape, etc. The inside of the RETI-Pouch features a hiviz orange lining that aides in the identification of contents of pouch in low-light situations. The pouch measures appr. 5.5''x6.5'' and can carry a variety of critical medical equipment such as: tourniquets, gauze, compression bandages, gloves, hemostatic agents, nasal airways, etc.
The RETI-Pouch can also be stored in clothing pockets as well as loop-lined bags. When stored in cargo pockets or back pants' pockets the pouch is easily extracted via the red pulltab from our belt system. The unique feature of our belt system also allows the belt loops to provide the necessary function to secure to loop-lined packs. By separating the belt loop's upper and lower halves, the user can configure the bottom half of belt loop to be placed over the upper half; this exposes the hook fastener which will adhere to the loop fastener on loop-lined packs, bags, and cases.
Alternate usage: survival kit, belt wallet, edc gear, badge/id holder ( simply add 550 cord), and much more.
*Contents and patches not included. However, we do have blood type patches available for purchase here on our site.

I have been using the SOB pouch for a long time, so I was stoked when I saw the RETI pouch. The RETI has been a disappointment.
- the RETI is wider than the SOB, but the RETI's attachment is narrower than the SOBs. This allows the RETI's corners to stick out more which decreases concealment.
- the length of the RETI makes concealment very difficult. This would have been obvious if I had seen it in person before purchase.
- a better design for a larger pouch than the SOB would be a double-wide SOB pouch, which would follow the contour of the user's back and stay hidden.
- with the poor concealablity, the RETI is just another nylon pouch with a loop on it. The construction is excellent, but the design is disappointing. For the price + postage, it has been less than fruitful.
I look forward to Tareinco making a double-wide SOB pouch.
